EA sometimes not opening trades

At start it open buy and sell if price goes up 20pips it close the buy position and opens again buy and sell which will be 2 sell trades and 1 buy trade now if price goes up again to 20pips close the second buy trade and open buy and sell which will be 1 buy trade and 3 sell trades, but my EA sometimes does not open the trades.
