mine does the same, no errors in journal. Do you just enable auto trading and drag the EA onto the chart?

Thanks for your reply, there isn't a smiley face just the title of the EA and a cap.

@Fisher Did you make this EA yourself...?

Check this: Click on the cap. In the Common tab, check 'Allow Live Trading'.

In the MT4: Tools>Options>Experts - Check 'Allow Automated Trading'.

On the top of the MT4, make sure the 'AutoTrading' button is On.

Actually that looks like MT5.....I'm sorry but I'm only familiar with MT4.....

The only other thing I can think of is the 'AutoTrading' tab on the top of the platform....

Or perhaps there's a spread issue....or perhaps the conditions for taking a trade haven't been met yet in the live....?
