bug double entry when i run EA at live trade . but , everything's okay at backtest

halo... i want to asking about my EA .
i have a problem "double entry" when i run my EA at live trade , but it's different when i run it on backtest . everything's going smooth at backtest , and have no double entry . is it an error from VPS or what ?
