@cyt001 The blocks you selected will not provide that orders distribution. You will need to create a specific block structure to get that. Is what you show the whole orders grid or are there more of them?

Thank you for your reply. @l-andorrà
There are more levels to it up to 13 levels, but normally we set till level 7 on both buy and sell pending order. Here is an example of how the strategy will look like with manual settings.

@cyt001 Ok. Do you mean 7 consecutive buy pending orders one on top of the previous one and then another 7 consecutive sell pending orders one below the previous one? That can be achieved with a grid. However, that is not what apparetly can be seen in your uploaded image. They seem to be mixed: three sells on top and then three buy at the bottom?

@l-andorrà The image above is just an example of how the placement will be. Yes i am using pending orders in grid. but i cant get the results i want.
What i am trying to achieve is to set buy and sell limit and also TP is set before/below the buy/sell limit like the image below

Hope you can help and advise what to do. Thanks

@cyt001 Are all pending orders below both buy/sell now blocks supposed to be superposed to each other? Apparetnly you are duplicating them.
-
@l-andorrà i am sorry please do ignore that part. I am still struggling to get it right, any idea on how to get the buy/sell limit and the TP level below the buy/sell limit? Thanks.
-
@cyt001 Your Base proce Offset is zero right now. This means all pending orders are supposed to be programmed at the exact same price of the initial buy trade. You should use the same offset distance selected for your grid.
-
Hi @l-andorrà , thanks for your advice. i tried but it doesn't show like you describe. perhaps you try to export it and test it on a demo account.
-
@cyt001 What do you mean by 'it doesn't show'? The offset distance is there no matter we can see on chart.
-
@l-andorrà i mean i cant get the results like the image example provided above.
-
@cyt001 Let me be sure to understand what you want. The EA open one buy/sell and then a grid of pending orders are also opened at a fixed distance from the initial buy/sell. Is that correct?

@l-andorrà please check the video below
Sorry recorded on wrong resolution. In this video i just demonstrate how to use the formula. Level can be up to 13 levels but because of time i just put lesser than level 13.
-
@cyt001 Can you please share that EXCEL file to take a look at the formula?

@l-andorrà i got someone to program the EA. thanks for your reply.
