Condition Met But Trade Doesn't Open.

Hello everyone, I have made a condition where a buy is based on the alligator strategy; if green crosses above the blue then to initiate a buy order. The issue is if the condition was already met before placing the bot onto the chart and it is in a current uptrend how can I get it to initiate it to put in a buy order. What it does now is try and wait until the condition is met again before placing the order.
