CONDITION "BLOCK 3" ACTIVATES TRADING AS LONG AS IT IS TRUE, SO ONCE TARGET IS REACHED, TRADING IS DEACTIVATED BY MODIFY VARIABLE "BLOCK 6" AS LONG AS ITS FALSE "WHICH MEANS STOP TRADING". AND MODIFY VARIABLE "BLOCK 2" WILL ACTIVATE TRADING ONCE IN A DAY. OK!. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!. -
WHAT DOES THE CHECK PROFIT"UNREALIZED" MEANS ? DOES IT IMPLIES ON THE THE CURRENT RUNNING TRADES ? COS I WAS THINKING THAT THERE SHOULD BE A LOGIC THAT WOULD SUM UP ALL THE TRADES IN A DAY OR AT A TIME.
LET SAY, FOR RUNNING TRADES SUM OF THE PROFITS AND LOSSES , PLUS FOR CLOSED TRADES "SUM OF THE PROFITS AND LOSSES. SO WHEN ALL OF THESE ARE ADDED, AT LEAST A PARTICULAR PROFIT SHOULD BE MADE. SO I NOW THOUGHT THERE SHOULD BE A LOGIC TO SUM ALL OF THAT UP. WOULD CHECK PROFIT "UNREALIZED" DO THAT ? OR ANY OF THESE ?

@kestra In effect, 'check profit (unrealized)' calculates the overall sum of pips or money for all your open trades right now, but only for the open ones. As they are closed, they are not counted by that blocck anymore.

@kestra Do you mean you want to see in in one only same number all profits and loses from all open and closed trades? If so, how many closed trades will you need? There can be hundreds of closed trades in your MT4.

It is a complex new paroject for a beginner like you, so take your time to study it. The way to use it is selecting the required period time in your MT4's history tab. That way you will be able to determine your specfic period of time to consider.

@kestra Only the target is necessary (look at it at the constants). All other values (open closed and total) are automatically calculated by the EA so you don't need to insert any number there.
Ans please remember to select 'today' in yor MT4's history tab. Otherwise the EA will select all closed trades from the beginning of time, and you don't want that.

@l-andorrà THANK YOU VERY MUCH!, AND THERE IS ONE MORE THING, AND ITS: WHILE WORKING WITH VARIABLES AND CONSTANTS, I KNOW SETTING ITS TYPE ,VALUES HAS A CODING IMPLICATIONS, IN THE SENSE THAT THEY ARE USED IN CALCULATIONS BY THE EA OR ROBOT AND I THINK DESCRIPTIONS IS MOSTLY USED IN INDICATORS. MY QUESTION IS, THE FOURTH ONE WHICH IS "NAME" , IS IT USED FOR CALCULATION BY THE EA OR ITS JUST A NAME ITS NAME CONNOTES, JUST FOR IDENTIFICATION OF THE CONSTANT OR VARIABLE ? THANKS.

@kestra You are correct. Name is used to identify the variable by humans, not the EA. I recommend you to select names that are easy to identify for you when you are using them in your EA.

@kestra That is not possible. You need to wait until the new candle is open to know exactly when the previous one is closed. Then you can do this:

@l-andorrà ACTUALLY WHAT I DID INITIALLY WAS THAT: I SET THE TAKE PROFIT TO CURRENT CANDLE CLOSE, I NOW DISCOVERED THAT THE TAKE PROFIT LINE MOVES WITH PRICE I THINK BID PRICE OR SO AND MOST OF THE TIMES IT WOULD JUST CLOSE THE TRADE SOON ENOUGH BEFORE THE CANDLE EVEN CLOSES. THANKS!.
