"Indicator rise" Block How to use Information

Can This Block be used to find the Breakouts. Indicator rise and fall these I was checking but Dont know how to use them
I am seeking the best way to make EA for detecting Breakout. Please some Guidance is Invited

@er-arpit09 No, this is not a block to find break outs. If that is what you are looking for you will need a whole structure storing the price value to be broken and then compare it to current price.
