How Long Time fxDreema Takes to Activate Premium Subscription

Hello Guys,
I have paid 23$ in BTC to fxDreema BTC Address for Activate my one month Premium subscription but 6 hours gone still not activated my Subscription. Also, I've mailed twice in this period but not received any response from fxDreema Support Centre.

Can anyone say why this happening?
