RSI + Bollinger Band EA

Please looking to create an simple RSI + Bollinger Band EA.

But the other differences the market only enter off the RSI for a buy If touching bottom band .

Also same for the the other condition the market only enter off the RSI for a sell if touching the top band.

How would this work can you show a template?

The logic for it - RSI gets below the 78 levels where selling

The logic for it - RSI gets above the 22 levels were looking for buys
