Does % Equity for trade size factor in leverage?

When you select % of equity on lot size does that take into account the leverage being utilised?

I seem to be getting very small lot sizes when backtesting.

@baccus no, but keep in mind that 1 lot means $100 000

100% of equity on $1000 account will give 0.01 lots
