SSL cross - close trade - NOT WORKING

Hi there,
I am trying to create an EA that closes the trade (buy/sell) when SSL indicator has a cross. It's not working. Can some one please help.

This is what I have so far, not sure why it's not working. Infact, I tried using a simple MA indictor replacing SSL even that is not working
