@kestra Firstly, you can remove all those 'if trade' blocks on top of each tree. They are redundant. Then you need to create a specific structure for the martingale. You will not be able to make it work as you want with the money management option on both buy/sell now blocks. However, that will not be easy. Here you have an example to create a fully functional martingale:
-
@l-andorrà OKAY SIR! PLS HOW CAN I IDENTIFY A HISTORY TRADE AND ALSO A RUNNING TRADE BOTH IN LOSS, PLS GIVE ME EXAMPLE. ONE FOR THE HISTORY THE OTHER A RUNNING TRADE.
-
@kestra Here you have both exmples. The second block below is the same on both cases:

-
@l-andorrà THANKS SIR, CAN I ALSO USE TRADE IN LOOP TO IDENTIFY A TRADE IN HISTORY ? FOR EXAMPLE , A HISTORY TRADE THAT THE LOT SIZE IS GREATER THAN 5.0LOT.

-
@kestra ?
-
@kestra Yes, correct. You can do that.
-
@l-andorrà SIR PLS WHAT DO YOU THINK WITH THIS POSSIBILITIES, IN THE SENSE THAT I WANT THE SAME EA, WITH THE SAME MAGIC NUMBER, TRADING ON DIFFERENT PAIRS. DO YOU THINK THEY CAN INTERACT. IF I COMPUTE THE LOGIC WELL ENOUGH AND WITH OTHER STUFFS. THE END RESULT OF WHAT I WANT IS THAT I WANT THE EAs TO PICK TRADES RELATING TO TRADES PICKED AND CLOSED PICK BY EACH OTHER/ONE ANOTHER.
-
-
@kestra Well, yes. you can do that. But I don't understand the logic behind that. Whay do you need sevral copies of the same EA on different charts? Why not just one active EA?
-
@l-andorrà OK THIS IS IT SIR!. ITS JUST ONE EA, BUT I WANT TO ATTACH IT TO DIFFERENT MARKETS. THE ONLY ISSUE IS THAT I AM LOOKING FOR A LOGIC TO HANDLE CONSECUTIVE LOSSES. SO I TAUGHT SINCE I AM USING A FORM OF MARTINGALE , BUT INSTEAD OF DOUBLING THE LAST CLOSED WHICH WAS NEGATIVE LET SAY FROM EURUSD, THE NEXT TRADE WILL BE DOUBLE OF THE LAST CLOSED WHICH WAS NEGATIVE FROM THE HISTORY WHICH COULD BE FROM ANOTHER TRADE BUT. SO ALL I NEED WILL BE TO DOUBLE THE LOT OF THAT LAST CLOSED AND ANY CHART THAT GETS ITS SIGNAL FIRST WILL DO THAT AND PLACE THE ORDER ON ITS OWN CHART. I JUST WANT TO AVOID CONSECUTIVE LOSSES. I KNOW THAT WOULD RESULT TO ANOTHER RANDOM EVENT.
-
@kestra Ok. I see. In that case what you need is using the exact same magin cnumber on all EAs. That way what one EA will close will also be considered by all the other.
-
@l-andorrà YES SIR EXACTLY YOU GET IT!. PLS IS THAT CONNECTION CORRECT OR HOW SHOULD I DO IT ?

if you just use 1 ea on 1 account you can also go with a loop of the the last trade (group all).
on tick basis this loop simply has to check the profit of the last trade (loop direction newest to oldest).
this can also be done on trade basis with the check of the current closed trade (profit) and storing to a variable. -
@kestra No 'once per bar' blocks are necessaru on the 'on int tab'. On the other hand, those 'bull/bear candle' will never work on the 'on trade' tab. As bk7 said, those trees need to be moved to the 'on tick' tab.
-
@bk7 PLEASE EXPLAIN BETTER SIR, ALL THE THREE POINTS. AND EXPLAIN WHY NEWEST TO OLDEST. I THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE FROM OLDEST TO NEWEST SINCE I WANT TO PICK ALL THE CLOSED IN LOSS FROM THE PAST TO THE RESENT. SO THAT IT WON'T COMMIT ANY THAT CLOSED IN LOSS.
-
@l-andorrà THANK YOU SIR!.
-
@bk7 PLS GIVE ME A SAMPLE SIR!
-
@kestra You can use from oldest to newest, of course. But the important part is moving those blocks to the 'on init' tab. Did you try it?
