Fib Entry based on Fractals

Can anybody help me in making an EA based on fractals and Fib Levels
The Strategy is like this on 1 min, second last fractal, and the last fractal. connecting fib on these 2 levels and entry on 61.8%. i have attached an image regarding the strategy . dont know where to start.
Please Help

@gurpals That is not a trivial project. Don't you have any initial project to begin with? You will need several variables controlling those values.
