I am having problem with my new ea(new subscriber)

I am a new subscriber. i have been having difficulty in the area of trades not closing at the trade command on mt4.it opens trades and it doesnt close them and it open another one,close some and leave some.same thing happening in both buy and sell trade. i was thinking it was candle id problem.i tried tweaking it but no head way. please help me with this. I would greatly appreciate your support
