MACD Crossover with condition.

Hi,
I wish to make an indicator that has an alert when the Candles are below the 200 EMA and the MACD (default settings) is above the zero line and crosses downwards to generate a buy signal. I have seen MA crossover tutorial but Im still not getting it.
Can anyone advise please.
