How to make EA draw horizontal lines ?

Hi, all

I want to create an EA that will draw horizontal line as support and resistance on the chart .
It should draw these lines based on 4 hour time frame.

Then on 30 minutes place a buy trade when candle low touches support horizontal line
And then place a sell trade when candle candle high touches resistance line .
