CCI vs MA

Please find attached EA in which the first condition (Block 2) is working but when i add the second condition (Block 3) , then EA is not taking calls. Please advise if any idea.

@karthiey CCI cannot cross a MA. CCI is an oscillator in a subwindow, MA is an indicator in the main chart
