unfortunately once a day block does not work correctly,. some time once per bar help you if you set daily time frame in the block

so if I do once per bar but set the time that should work?

On the time filter should I select Server time or GMT time ? which is best...

Server time is your broker/terminal time, GMT is time in UK , so the choice is whatever you want
