pending order Ea

i want to create a seemingly simple EA (TO THOSE WHO ARE EXPERIENCED) which places pending orders a few pips from the opening price of each candle. for example, on 5minute time chart, the ea places buy/sell pending orders 2 pips from open price and takes profit after 2 pips. stop loss should also be 2 pips. PLEASE HELP

The problem with that is spread. Many brokers require pending orders to be positioned at a minimum distance BEYOND spread. Are you sure your broker can accept that short distance? Two pips is a very short one.
