how to fix issue on opening orders

Hi all, I would like the EA to only open orders when it is like this, when first candle closes about the dot.(buy example)
it currently does that but it also opens buy order when any other candle is above the dot like this

You need ID for ma & p sar, your once per bar should be below the condition:
