How to custom an indicator to give signal as the indicator changes colour.

Hello there, I am looking for guidance on how to set a custom indicator in such a way that it gives a buy or sell signal depending on the chosen colours specifically on fxdreema. Any help or insight will be highly appreciated. ( Beware I've got zero coding skills)

Before trying that you need to be completely the indicator doesn't repaint. Because if it does, the bot is doomed.

Hello I'andorra, thanks so much for your help. You have given me a new insight that I never had before. It kind of did broaden my understanding a little more. Now I am never considering the color change as a signal for any other of my indicators but what leading to the color change. Example, for my case, the change in gradient is what's causing the color change so it's more logical looking at change of gradient rather than color as my go ahead. Also you really doing a recommendable job on you tube, I learnt so much from watching your free videos keep up the good work soon I will enroll for course but first I want to digest the material given for free first. I am glad this forum exist.

sir , i need help like when i use my custom indicator convert to EA its 3 buffer buffer 0 is buy buffer 1 is sell and buffer 2 but my ea only open buy trade sell trade not open as i check buffer i place right field .can help me what i did mistake ?

Your block distribution is correct. Is that the whole project or just part of it? If it is just part of your project probably the issue is somewhere else. If not, the problem is the indicator itself.

In your indicator, buffer 1, do you have a price value? If you do not know, put the buffer in a comment block, so you can visually check what it shows on back test.

No trade at top, with buy/or sell, before placing trade (once opposite signal appears), close running, then buy/sell

Without going too far into this, why 2 different buffers? This is what I meant, what doesn't work? To test put your 2 buffers into a comment, so you can visually see the levels you are working with.
