"order deleted" block

actually it's not an exact bug. This makes the coding (blocking) longer. and it is:

when you use "order deleted" block, it doesn't pick the selected order (unlike "trade created" or "trade closed") for advanced actions; and if you want to do something with this recent deleted order, you have to do it manually and by much more coding.

What is this about? because on it's own it's useless.

@jstap if you want to use its Group number or some other properties it would be useful.
