After entering the position, the trailing stop works at 2%. When the profit exceeds 6%, the trailing stop follows at 1%. As the snow increases, I try to narrow down the trailing stop.

You need to use a condition block right above each trailing stop block telling when it should work. Now both are working at the same time.

I said the condition block, not the 'once per bar' block to be connected that way.
