stop loss by horizontal line

hey every body , i have an EA , when i press sell button puts stop loss according to horizontal line , but when distance between price and horizontal line is less than 10 pips , puts stop loss at 10 pips , that means less than 10 pips is not acceptable for xauusd ,
same result for eurusd but here 5 pips is its limit -
