I want to put a line in the chart so that when you change the line, the price will also change and the line is not fixed at the price.
Can anyone help?

That is a link to the builder page, not your project, lines can change when you change the chart, you just need the reason to do so.

Some of this matter is dumb to me, I mean the price update by changing the line in the chart

I am not sure what you mean. how does the line move?

For example, I say to put a horizontal line in the chart, then wherever I changed the line, put a pending order there.
But my problem is that when I move the line, it only recognizes the initial price and does not update

I would have the EA draw the line, then use this line value by it's name using object on chart.
