I want to get the price of pending order and comment it ou t(The comment can auto update when I click and drag the pending order that I placed on chart.)

What do you mean by ambiguity? You do realise that this site is helped by users, the admin will help but they are not watching the forum regularly. Put a project together, backtest, start a new question and add a shared link.

Yes, it will tell you how to complete all of that, but not the exact project, because when you add slightly different options, and a different orientation things will need slightly adjusting.
