You need to remove that 'once per minute' block and use a 'once per bar' instead on top of the block tree. Then use it on the 5 minutes TF. However, you are searching for a fractal on candle ID 2 when they are only confirmed on candle ID 3. Are you aware of that?

Fractals are normally drawn on ID2 but can be redrawn, meaning ID3 is fixed
