Notification for "Close Only Mode"

I've started trading crypto and learned that you are only alllowed to close trades sometimes......
Does anyone know how my EA can notify me? Or even a website that notifies it?

I don't understand? You should be allowed to close trades whenever you want....?

@Morpheus_0 Thats not what Close Only Mode is.....Its when the chart is moving but you cant trade at all...

@Morpheus_0 If you have an exness account, try trading ltcusd, no trade will open

@James-d It looks like a limitation imposed by the broker. No limitations like that happen in the ones I usually use.

@James-d So far, I've also found this issue in Exness, but neither in other brokes, though I've not tried all of them.
