EA doesn't run backtest on custom data

Does anyone know why my EA doesn't run backtest on custom data? I download it from Dukascopy through Quant Data Manager

@l-andorrà How can I do that to the tick? I mean; the time in the CSV. On the MT side I import the data in the same way

At first I thought it was the EAs, then I realized that they did work in the default MT data. I have even downloaded the data from different sources and even different Brokers. I don't know what to do anymore.

@EnriqueA04 That I'm afraid I don't know. I always use Tickstory data and I never have any problem when importing their data. It's not very expensive. Maybe you could try it too.

Yes, one of the sources I downloaded the data from was tick story data. I'll have to do some more research. Thank you very much for your time.
