MACD EA crossing 0 line

Hi guys.
I try to make an EA for MACD crossing 0 line, I already set up all the buy and sell signals whhen the MACD crosses up or down the 0 line but it's not closing positions. basicly I set the ea when it go bealow to make buy and few buy stop after that, and wanting to close the buys when it's reach the 0 line again and start sell from that point. but for some reason it's not closing only if I set TP.
Do you have any idea what can I do? -
