Multiple time frame

I w like my EA take position in a time frame 1h but whit triggers on time frame 4h or Daily.
I try but a Simply EA work whit "time frame current" , if in condition i do different time frame ( condition block on TF 1h Is activate by condition block whit TF 4h) ..... EA fail. Why?
Example?
Condition 1 If stock cross 80 in time frame 4h turn on condition 2
Condition 2 if Money flow go down in time frame 1h turn on condition 3
Condition 3 if price cross low candle 1 time frame 30 Min open Short
EA whit different time frame no work.... If It Is install in a graphic whit time frame 30 Min don't take block order make in different tf . Why?
