Why is my robot losing money on the real account?

I activated my robot on a demo account and it was profitable, but when I activated it on a real account, it made a lot of losses. This is the link to my robot, can you help me fix it?

It is all about differences in trading condition. The spread, execution speed, or even any trick by broker

Brokers do that very often. They offer 'perfect' trading conditions on demo accounts that don't match 'real' conditions on real markets.
