Can't change input parameters when expert is loaded

When I'm in the builder and my mouse is over the input box it says "set input parameters for optimizing: double *"
Not sure if this is the one I'm looking for, but I tried typing in "double", "double ", "double" but none of these work. Nothing happens when I try to load the expert whenever I have these typed in the parameter box. Is there a way I can manually type in certain parameters when the expert is loaded so I dont have to keep going to the builder and rewrite and download them? Thank you.

I just realized that someone can lose his good settings because now these optimization input parameters are not written to the output file. Somebody having this issue?
