About time GMT!

Please I would like to know where the EA take time using "GMT"!

• Server time from the broker server
• Local time from my PC
• GMT is strange... I have seen that the seconds are not synchronized with any of the previous! Which is the source?

I'm just using this function https://www.mql5.com/en/docs/dateandtime/timegmt
I think this GMT time was somehow linked with the local computer time
