Suggestion FxDreema design

I noticed you are rebuilding fxdreema from scratch. I want to suggest that you but the Blocks [Variables, Condition, Time Filters, etc] on top instead of by the side like all professional softwares it makes navigation much easier...no need for scrolling and then maybe you can give them ICONS as well.

Yes, I almost have it now on NodeJS. I'm also changing the database and the forum as well. I hope that it will work as expected one day.
I think that other people need to tell their opinion about this as well. You are probably coming from another EA builder and you get used to it, but I guess that there are many people who are used to fxDreema. One guy told me that he prefers the old way to list blocks, with all categories expanded, which means even more scroll. He eventually found that if he write a* in the Search field above, the whole list expands.
About the pictures.. there are probably more than 100 blocks in the list, I hope you are not talking about unique icons for each block
I experimented before with icons by the way. But the color is also some kind of behavioral code. Color + Icon... double standard, what is the point? I also tried with different shapes of the blocks. For example, some blocks can be sqare, others can have triangle left/right sides. But I decided that it's good enough to be the way it is now.Someone else with design opinion?

Lucky for me fxdreema is the first EA builder I've used, I was referring to other softwares like Microsoft Word, AutoCAD, SketchUP ...you name it. They all have the Categories as blocks on top and then you can click for a drop-down menu
I wish you error free rebuilding.

Is it posible to use fxdreema on smartphone or tablet. I can open project, show information box ( long taping on screen ) , but I cant open block or connect blocks.
I know that isnt possible to export file.

I think that it's hard to work on mobile. I never intended to do that. The main website is kinda "responsive", but the EA builder itself is still designed for desktop only.

May I suggest a grid that the blocks can snap to? Also, an option to align selected blocks left or right, or space them evenly, would be helpful when organizing a project.

have you tried with mouse connected through OTG cable? I have not tried fxdreema this way, but maybe ...

Someone else with design opinion?[/quote:2qeemlck]If you will, you can add on the top one category (I mean in roll down blocks, just above Variables), new category like "myFavourite" and here can everybody place what he likes, with liked order (only blocks, without categories), changeable in Global options or other options ... and problem solved

or more hardcore solution, now it is "System" "Custom" and third can be "myF." and here can be made user smoothie also with categories or without ...

There is some kind of grid now - blocks snap to 5 pixels or something. But they all have different sizes and this is problem.
