Previous candle high / low

Dear Traders,

Kindly let me know if there is a way I could make a simple EA on this platform which places a buy order at the break of the previous 'X' candle highs and places a sell order at the break of the previous 'X' candle lows.

the start candle ID 1 and End candle ID 10 means the EA will look at the previous 10 candles?
