how can i create a condition that activates trades when profit is under 1000 and deactivates these when above 1000 per day?

I want to limit the amount of trades per day after 1000,- profit has been made , I made a condition that looks att he profit balance under 1000 than it trades above it should stop trading if im correct.
However does this work per day or just all profit how to set this up to look evry day at the profit made?
