BUTTON ON CHART, TO TOGGLE BLOCKS OFF AND ON.

Can someone help/ point me to a previous post? I want a button on my chart that toggles off and on a group of blocks. I have tried several different ways and cant seem to figure this out. Here is what I have. Thanks so much!
