      Hi,
      I am trying to add the following Breakeven and Trailing stop options to my EA;

      Trade is 18 pips positive, move breakeven to +2 pips
      Trade is 30 pips positive, trailing stop starts and at 1pip step.

      I have added the breakeven block but can only move breakeven to trade open price. Which blocks can i use to achieve this combination please?

      Many thanks

        Trailing Stop example

        https://fxdreema.com/demo/mt4-loop-trailing-stop

        You can use something similar for Breakeven condition

          @josecortesllobat Thank you so much for replying

          I have been able to add trailing stop using the trailing stop block. For breakeven, I tried adding the blocks you advised but the stop moves to -3pips below open price instead of +3pips to breakeven. Did I miss something please, attached below are the blocks I created.

            Block "modify stops" works like this with your setup

            If Buy -> StopLoss Level = OpenPrice - 3pips
            If Sell -> StopLoss Level = OpenPrice + 3pips

            If what you want is to move the SL level above/below OpenPrice depending on the trade's direction, you can try this

            0_1549738509406_d673b806-a91a-4d00-9649-a8d58740cdf4-image.png

            But this will not work as a "Trailing Stop" just like a BreakEven.

              @josecortesllobat I have tried this but it didn't work either but thanks for trying to help. I don't set a stop loss as there will be another means of closing trades, I just want SL to move above open price +3 pips breakeven when trade is in profit by 18pips. The breakeven block is good but does not provide an option to breakeven with a few number of pips .

                      @Suraj0544 This is the basic structure, but you will have to adjust the value of that red marked distance as per your preferences:

                          One problem is that- which block will be used to avoid red news. EAs should be off few time before and after few time of news should start automatically.
                          second problem is that please suggest block with setting to avoid losses while market sideways.

                            @Suraj0544 The second request depends on what you consider a sideways market. The first one can be done by using this block on top of your launcher block tree:

                            01.png

                            If you connect the YELLOW (not the orange one) output dot to the launching block tree, no trade will be open between 16:25 and 16:35 as per my example.

                              sideways meant if I am making EA on SMA crossover, then crossing up and down in few few times thatswhy not getting TP onle Stop loss hitting.Please suggest I will be very thankful.
                              another suggestion I want to you that If want to make EA on this strategy ------2 bull or bear candle closing up or down then buy/sell activate. Please suggest by block with setting.

                                @Suraj0544 For your first question there is no combination of blocks to do that automatically. You need to develop a specific strategy for that scenario first and then we can talk about implementing it.

                                On your second question, I'm not sure what you exactly mean. Could you please show an image with a visual example?

                                  @l-andorrà i think it's the 2 bulls in a row, or 2 bears in a row.

                                    Not sure if this had anything to do with your issue but for the for each trade/position block, under the symbol filter, the default is set to specified. It has to be changed to any symbol for it to work. Just a heads up for future references incase there are any issues again.
