How to repair this problem?

Hi guys,

i want to open a trade on 3rd candle everyday after market is open. if the 3rd candle is bulish i will buy and if bearish i will sell when it closed. (using time frame H1)

but what happen is, the trade is happen for every 3rd candle. after 3rd candle it will open a new trade and it will continuously.

how to i fix this ?
