A condition for two bull bars...

Hello everybody , i m sorry for my english language...
can someone tell me how to fix a condition in fxdreema that consider two bull bars.....it will be my first condition to put on buy ....something like this...." if there are two bull bars...." and "someone of that are breaking the moving average"...how the software named the bars?
