no trade/order

hello and hi, please i have been working with the module no trade/order but it seems that it is not working because when ever the is a buy or sell order and the buy or sell order just keep coming and coming disregarding the no trade/order function.
how do i set my no trade/ order block that it will only execute one order per time on a chart window
