Help with a costum indicator for a 0 level cross

Hello guys, I am new here and got a question. I have a costum indicator I imported on fxDreema, it is called the QQE Histogram and I want it to open a trade every time a line(buffer 3) from the indicator crosses the 0 level I manually put on the mt4 platform. How can I do that? Like in this picture. The gray line crossing the 0 level for a buy/sell.

I looked at it, but doesn't have what I need. The 0 level isn't on the indicator as default, I manually put it in the MT4 platform, and can't find it on fxDreema.

Where can I find the 0 level?

Try this (I used a moving average as an example), and dont forget to specify Candle ID 1 below:
