Open trade when price breaks horizontal line on chart

I want my EA to open a trade when price breaks a trendline or horizontal line that I drew on the chart. (I want to draw this line manually) Is it possible? How can I do it?

Sorry if this questions was already asked before, I didn't find it with the "search" button or in the tutorial
