      Dear User,

just some thoughts about my experience with Fxdreema. The "tool" has a great potential which many time cannot be achieved due to:

      • Bugs that Admin seems care less
      • Customer care using Contact module respond after weeks (if respond at all), and even with proper formulated questions and all details of the case, in a vaguely and ironically way that leave users with even more question than answers
      • All module and function are poorly explained (most of all for a Service that advertise the easiness and accessibility in making custom EA without knowing how to code)

This service could be really great, instead is something (my opinion) bad managed with poor customer care, and in general poor customer experience

The real help comes only from kind users that try to help others, which is perfectly fine for a free service, not for a paid one.

Regards and happy trading to all

Yes, the advertising might paint a bit too rosey picture, and yes there could be more extensive help material and tutorials. The tutorials-section is a great place to share knowledge, but unfortunately it seems to be flooded with help requests, which is not a place for them. Couple of moderators would be great for the forum.

Most of the questions are very basic stuff made by novices that have used the demo builder for 10 minutes. It is simply not worth it to provide costly support for such. It's a sad reality of a niche business like this. Hiring some support staff would potentially result in higher sales, but it is a huge risk as well.

Fxdreema projects, even fairly advanced ones, do not require coding knowledge. They do require a very high degree of logical thinking and patience. Making success in the world's most competitive markets can never be easy and everyone can't be winners, no matter how good the support is. That's just my opinion.

          Hello there !
          I agreed 200 % , it seems you read my mind !!

Sad is that I have offered a partnership to fix all issues you have mentioned, and represent the platform here in Brazil in a more customer focused way...but the CEO dont show interest ...
Sad ...what a waist, is a potential idea.
          Best regards

I personally have been a client for three years, and I immediately realized that the administrator is a great person, but unfortunately he is exaggeratedly lazy, and he himself admits it, just read his speeches (I'm too lazy to make..., I'm lazy to fix....). Surely he's sincere because he says so. It does not matter if the question is of a novice who asks how to cross two moving averages or (more serious) if the builder no longer works, he is able to absentee even for 60 days in a row one after the other. This is the last of the answers I had:

Is this normal for a site that sells its products?

I agree. More official VIDEO tutorials are badly needed to avoid simple and repetitive questions (the manual is neither easy to understand nor practical for newbies like me who never had an experience creating EAs)

For example, I'd love have videos explaining clearly how are "formula" blocks used and for what purposes, with examples, etc.

A FAQ section would be very useful too, with solutions to most common problems when creating EAs.

FxDreema is great and certainly more and more people are going to come with years, the forum needs a reorganization in order not to become too chaotic.

@ambrogio The tone is the same as the replies to support help requests, probably customer satisfaction is not the first concern here
