ONCE PER POSITION FILTER - I NEED HELP

Please how do I use the "once per position filter", it has never worked for me. Here is my project

I will like my project to buy a trade and continues without stopping until it realizes the required pips.
Also, how do I use the "Wait to pass" function. when I right-click on a block, I see the option "Wait to pass". Please, how does it work?

I think you need to add for Each trade

Remove the 'once per position' block and then create this independent tree:
