I want a trade to close whenever two moving averages crosses. Please HELP!

I want a trade to close whenever two moving averages cross. Also I want another trade to open immediately because of that same moving average crossing. For example a Slow moving average crosses up a fast one, then a Long position is closed and a Short position is opened immediately.
