If you are looking for a copier you will find several free ones on the internet. That wil be way faster and easier than creating a new EA.

Yes, but how could I do it from an EA is easier for me. I already have a strategy formed but since the broker is external to mt4. I would like you to copy my mt4 entries to the binary broker

If you need to communicate two different MT4 platforms you will need terminal variables. Sadly, I don't know how to deal with them.
