You need a custom indicator, you can search on mql5 site, "codebase" section

seems the button autotrading/algotrading is off (at the top of MT4/5)

if you run the expert advisor just now, it check immediately candle ID5 and ID3 based on chart, if the condition is met it opens trades just now
