Is it possible to restart the EA for the next day after executing the "Terminate" command?

A simple example: no position block =》 condition =》 buy order =》 condition =》 close all trades =》 Terminate !! (then restart from the beginning in the next following day).

P.S: I need this function for the backtesting process.

Can somebody please tell me how to set a maximum number of open positions?
For example, when the EA reaches 100 open positions, it should not open any new trades.

I want to close all trades when global equity or profit is 5% higher than the current balance.
I tried as in the picture but it doesn't work.

If someone can help me I would be very thankful.
